Natalie joined Clear Title in December 2010, bringing with her over 12 years’ experience in the real estate title and mortgage industries. She, her husband (Terry), and their two boys (Corwin and Wesley) live in Georgetown, where Terry works as a faculty member at Georgetown College. Natalie enjoys time with her family, taking care of their cats, trips to the beach, and her hobby of collecting, tumbling, and polishing rocks.
Nathan Harrington

Nathan joined Clear Title in September of 2016, with many years of experience in banking/accounting and customer service. He lives in Georgetown, KY and has 4 energetic kids (McKenna, Asher, Ian and Sawyer) who keep him on his toes. Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and working out in the gym, DIY projects and cooking and trying new foods.
Regina Million-Mason

Regina joined the growing Clear Title family in July 2021. Her husband and her are recent Kentucky transplants. She returned to Kentucky after growing up in the U.S. Air Force as a proud “military brat”. Regina’s family is largely from Madison and its surrounding Counties, so no matter where the military took her, when asked, she always called Kentucky home.
Regina fell in love with real estate after receiving an AS in Paralegal Law and has been blessed to work in the fields of real estate and litigation in Florida, Texas, and Kentucky for the past 13 years. Regina always leaned toward the side of real estate as she finds great pleasure in helping others acquire their dream home or property as well as facilitating others in their efforts to sell their property. Her greatest achievement has been to meet life’s challenges head on and to encourage and support others to do the same. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, her rescue babies, rehabilitating animals and wildlife, gardening, beekeeping, working her horses, fishing and hiking and all things outdoors.

Christy joined Clear Title having over 20 years experience in mortgage and real estate title. She and her husband (Steve) live in Lexington, KY. Christy has two beautiful boys (Jacob, age 27 and Andrew, age 21) whom she loves and adores. In her free time, Christy enjoys spending time with her family and her two fur babies (Chloe and Luna).

Amber joined Clear Title in April of 2024. She has almost 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked in both mortgage processing and title. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her pets, playing music with family, and golfing with her brother.

Breanna joined the Clear Title team in 2025. She lives in Lexington, KY with her husband and their energetic boys, which means there’s never a dull moment at home. When she’s not at the office, you’ll probably find her at church, helping out with local non-profits, scrapbooking cherished memories, or decked out in blue cheering on the Cats.
Lyndi Gibson

Lyndi Gibson is a Clear Title team member with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, including six years in real estate title work. A proud Georgetown College graduate (2015), she’s known for her sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to make even the most complex closings feel manageable (and maybe even enjoyable).
After recently moving back to her hometown of Frankfort, Kentucky, Lyndi stays busy keeping up with her two daughters, Charlie and Drue, and their dog, Maggie—who firmly believes she’s in charge. When she’s not at the office, you can find her deep in a true crime podcast, hunting for hidden gems at thrift stores, or blasting country music with the windows down.
Rachel Rainey

Rachel brings several years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and care. In addition to her real estate expertise, she has served in multiple nonprofit leadership roles, including Executive Director, where she developed a reputation for strategic thinking, organization, and relationship-building.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to service, Rachel is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents navigate the closing process smoothly and confidently.
Rachel and her husband, Gregory, a civil engineer, live in Georgetown with their three children—Anniston, Leiland, and Sadie Kate. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors gardening, kayaking, and biking with her family.
Andrea Vanzant

Andrea actively joined Clear Title in July of 2021 as Director of Well-Being and expanded her role to include Director of Growth & Development in 2024. She is married to Jeff and was a stay-at-home mom to their three sons for 14 years. Prior to that, she was a special education teacher for students with moderate to severe disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning new things, and helping her boys and husband spoil their dog, Zola.
Jeff Vanzant

Jeff founded Clear Title in 2004. He lives in Midway with his wife, Andrea, and 3 boys (Nicholas, Benjamin, and Cameron). Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, working outside whenever possible, overnight backpacking trips, and he is an avid follower of UK basketball.
