Natalie joined Clear Title in December 2010, bringing with her over 12 years experience in the real estate title and mortgage industries. She, her husband (Terry), and their 2 boys (Corwin and Wesley) live in Georgetown, where Terry works as a faculty member at Georgetown College. Natalie enjoys taking care of her family, staying active, and seeking new crafts and recipes when time permits.
Nathan Harrington

Nathan joined Clear Title in September of 2016, with many years of experience in banking/accounting and customer service. He lives in Georgetown, KY and has 4 energetic kids (McKenna, Asher, Ian and Sawyer) who keep him on his toes. Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and working out in the gym, DIY projects and cooking and trying new foods.

Autumn joined Clear Title in January of 2020 with 22 years of experience in legal services and an Associate of Science in Paralegal Degree from Sullivan University. She works at our Frankfort office location and lives in Versailles, KY. Autumn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is extremely proud of her two children, Hailee and Logan. In her free time, she likes exploring the great outdoors, gardening and baking.

Regina joined the growing Clear Title family in July 2021. Her husband and her are recent Kentucky transplants. She returned to Kentucky after growing up in the U.S. Air Force as a proud “military brat”. Regina’s family is largely from Madison and its surrounding Counties, so no matter where the military took her, when asked, she always called Kentucky home.
Regina fell in love with real estate after receiving an AS in Paralegal Law and has been blessed to work in the fields of real estate and litigation in Florida, Texas, and Kentucky for the past 13 years. Regina always leaned toward the side of real estate as she finds great pleasure in helping others acquire their dream home or property as well as facilitating others in their efforts to sell their property. Her greatest achievement has been to meet life’s challenges head on and to encourage and support others to do the same. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, her rescue babies, rehabilitating animals and wildlife, gardening, beekeeping, working her horses, fishing and hiking and all things outdoors.
Rhonda Sowder

A native and current resident of Richmond, Kentucky, Rhonda works as Title Quality Control for Clear Title. After graduating Cum Laude from Sullivan University with a degree in Paralegal Studies in 2001, she spent the following two decades working for several prominent law firms in Central Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. As a 20 year veteran of the title industry, Rhonda has amassed a broad range of paralegal experience working in the areas of title examination, title quality management and review, foreclosure proceedings and commercial real estate, among others. Rhonda loves to travel and spend time with her family. Her favorite hobby is to collect and refinish vintage furniture and antiques in her spare time.

Ben joined Clear Title in October 2021, bringing his extensive experience in customer service and real estate industries. Ben lives in Richmond KY with his wife, Mikayla. Outside of work Ben enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games, volunteering with his church and training his Australian Shepard Rudy.

As a Kentucky native, Shannon takes pride in her community, it’s people and traditions. Majoring in communications at UK and licensed as a realtor in 1999, she has served in the real estate industry for over 17 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, boating and their local church. Originally from Winchester, Shannon has lived in Lexington since 2004. Joining Clear Title in 2021 was the natural progression in a career where she will continue to serve the needs of the community she loves!
Andrea Vanzant

Andrea actively joined Clear Title in July of 2021 as Director of Well-Being. She is married to Jeff and has been a stay-at-home mom to their three sons for the past 14 years. Prior to that, she was a special education teacher for students with moderate to severe disabilities. Andrea has a B.A. in Psychology and is currently working toward a Specialization in Positive Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning new things, and helping her boys and husband spoil their dog, Zola.
Jeff Vanzant

Jeff started Clear Title in 2004. He lives in Midway with his wife, Andrea, and 3 boys (Nicholas, Benjamin, and Cameron). Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, working outside whenever possible, overnight backpacking trips, and he is an avid follower of UK basketball.
